Need help with JProgressBar on my swings application

I have a swing application and it has a progress bar . The issue is the progress bar do not update (does not show the progress). I have attached the eclipse project. When you run the application you need to provide a input file. You will find the input file inside the zip content "Test tracking [login to view URL]". There is a class "[login to view URL]" where i am updating the progressbar value(line number 33). Please bid only when you have seen the code and you can fix this.
