Hey, it is just an easy fix, I am a java developer that also runs Minecraft Server that met the same issue before. It is not a java problem, it is a problem when you are exctuting the Minecraft Server .jar file. But if you excute (start) it correctly, your Minecraft server should be back on the road again! The issue is not with java, because deveolper of java are not as stupid as you think and pretty much every jar file not load up problem is all about how you didn't start it corretly because something else is just not going right (or something changed like you updated your system).
