Dear Sir, We can create a booking system which will have following options. 1. Reserve Ticket - Customers can submit a request along with purpose of coming to Retailer/Restaurant/Financial Institution Current location (App will automatically calculate the distance between customer's location and shops) Date of coming - Unique request number will be created 2. Managing Booking (Accessible by Vendor) - View Booking (can see the list of booking submitted by customer) - Confirm Booking (Based on the priority , the vendor can send confirmation SMS&EMAIL to the customer along with timing that when he/she can come to shop. E.g: 1st 10 customers can come at 10 AM to 11 AM out of them 5 customers done with their purpose at 10.30 AM, now vendor can send SMS & EMAIL to another 10 customers ) - Online Service (If vendors are able to provide service to customers) and more.
