2 JAVA applications - high-school grades manager and a chat

Hi there! I am looking for a programmer or team of programmers able to implement the 2 applications below ASAP. The first app is very very simple to implement and I want you to provide it first so I can see you have the minimum skills to complete the second app. I will pay you 50% of the total bid once the first app is completed and I have a guarantee of your competence. App #1 ______ Implement a program for managing the grades of a class of high-school students.
