#  In order to find load of the host, firstly we have to find load of the virtual machines running on each host. #  Main task is to find load of the host in a cloud using MACHINE LEARNING TECHNIQUE either by modifying the existing algorithm or by designing a new one. (#  DETAILS    1.    To MODIFY/design a host load detection algorithm/ framework for cloud data center USING ML TECHNIQUE and also find which host is OVERLOADED, UNDERLOADED OR NORMAL LOADED.    2.  To evaluate the performance of the modified/designed framework by comparing the results with the existing methodologies and interpreting them to draw appropriate conclusions.)
