cryptography - open to bidding

A project for hiding a text in video (LSB technique). With Gui (jusing java) where you can load the video and text file, choose between encode or decode the text. Show information about both videos(original and stegovideo). the text will be first encrypted with any simple cryptography method (if possible dont use key). The video will be use is a flash video (flv format) - my budget will be around 50-80...
