Convert Java Swing program to JavaFX

I created a GUI java program using Java Swing, but it turns out it needs to be done in JavaFX. I don't know anything about JavaFX so I was wondering if someone could turn it into JavaFX. Just the UI, all the logic in the controllers for add/editing/deleting items is in place and working. Here's an attachment of what it looks like.
