Convert dictionary Word document to Excel spreadsheet

I have an OCR scan of a Chinese-English dictionary. There's a PDF version, and then formatted and unformatted Word documents. I need this dictionary converted to a spreadsheet of terms, with the English term in column A, and the Chinese translation in column B. I only need the terms; the rest of the text can be ignored. The dictionary is very large (about 1000 pages), and I need this done fairly quickly, so you will need to use some kind of scripting to do it -- it is up to you what you use, but it is too large to be done by hand. I will provide the source files to bidders individually, just ask and I will send them over. You can work from the PDF or the Word docs, whichever is easier.
