real time multi users whiteboard

I am looking for a developer with extensive knowledge in JAVA programming language to begin working for me immediately to develop the following application: The whiteboard to develop is a real time, multi-users, drawing program allowing users to collaborate by creating drawings,text, or geometric objects (lines, circles, rectangle,...) . 1) The application should be implemented in JAVA as a simple socket based multi client/ server application. 2) It should provide a palette for selecting and manipulating objects and display identical images of the sketch window on the screens of all participants in real time 3) It should let any user enter any command at any time and should immediately broadcast all actions to all users.
