I have a website ([login to view URL]) that I am having problems printing pages from. Whenever I print the pages from Internet Explorer the image in the upper left corner of the title banner doesn't display, but the javascript menu prints. When I print from Firefox, the image prints but the menu is blank. I need the pages to print both the upper left corner and the menu.
