MOBILE CHAT APPLICATION- SIMILAR TO 2GO

I want application that was and function like [login to view URL] .The app will be developed with J2ME. The app will be intergrated with Gmail talk, yahoo chat, facebook chat. the app shuld work and fuction like [login to view URL] below are just emphasis points Admin 1. admin will be able to create rooms and restrict room usage based on age, location,gender. 2. admin can band and create a user 3. admin can post advert on the app 4 the app will have in-app billing system( for sell app credits for use in various rooms) 5. admin can post news and update for users. Users 1. user will be register and unique identified by a GSM number ( 1 GSM number cannot have 2 different account) 2. user can post a up to 10 pics at a time. 3. user can update status. 4 user can purchase credit from admin through in -app billing 5 user can send friend request thru phone number or user name 6. user can chat privately with a user 7. user can chat in various rooms
