I'm building iOS project with Apple Pay in Swift 5.0 in Xcode 10.13.1, but when I pay with Touch ID, Apple says "Payment not completed". I created Sandbox user and signed in it to iCloud and App Store in my iPhone, and added test card(Master, Visa, American Express, Discover), but all card pay was failed. Who can fix this issue in a short time? Bid only if you have ever been built Apple Pay with Swift 5 in iOS 13.0 and above.
