iPhone application: Simple music streamer using Spotify iOS SDK

I would like to have an iPhone/iPod-touch application written which acts as a simple one touch music streamer using the Spotify iOS SDK and meets the following requirements:
1. Mission statement: I want a simple music streaming application on an iPod touch so that my family can have "one touch" music in our living room. It will log in automatically and provide a simple set of buttons to get music playing. I will also be able to customise it over time as my family's preferences change. It will also have an alarm function so that music can start automatically at particular times in the day.
2. App requirements
There will be three different screens:
(a) Main screen
- A big play button that starts music playing. When this is pressed it will start a playlist on Spotify. The particular playlist will depend on the time of day.
- Approx 9 smaller buttons which link to particular playlists, albums etc on Spotify. Eg favourite albums, playlists for different family members,
- A link to the settings menu (see below)
(b) Settings screen
- Ability to enter/change Spotify username and password
- Alarm clock settings. The user can set up to three alarms and select: (1) time of alarm; (2) days of the week it applies; (3) name of playlist to start on alarm; (4) an option for whether it takes priority if there is already music being played at that time; and (5) volume to play at
(c) Music playing screen
- Std Spotify type music playing screen with volume control, play/pause, skip fwd/back; stop etc
- Screen returns to the main screen when music stopped
3. Hardware requirements: I will probably get a dedicated iPod touch that just runs this app and is connected to our stereo. Initially it will be through the 3.5m jack, but will get a plug-and-play DAC soon so it needs to be able to work with that.
4. Environment and customisation
I want the app developed on xCode in objective C. I want to be able to customise what the small buttons on the main screen link to as my family's needs change. I have been a hobbyist programmer for over 30 years, but this will be my first iOS app. So, I want everything to be clearly documented with comments so that I can play around with it and customise it. I may also have some dumb questions about getting it up and running.
5. What I am looking for
- Expertise in iOS app development.
- Familiarity with the Spotify iOS SDK.
- Ability to write the app in a way that is well documented and as easy to understand as possible so that I can play around with it and customise it. I'd like info about different options, what I need to change and things to watch out for.
- Willingness to help me set it up and get it running.
- I'd prefer to deal with an individual than a group.
6. Project plan
I imagine something along the lines of:
(a) Confirm functionality and screen layout etc
(b) App writing, including comments that allow me to modify in the future
(c) Provide instructions and assistance in getting it up and running at my end
(d) Sort out any bugs and make tweaks so it runs as I intend
