IOS App Rejection - 4.2.2 Design Minimum Functionality

Hi Developers We have spend time and resource for about one and half year for developing a Live Channel IOS App that uses [login to view URL] in a webview. When we have everything ready and submit the app to IOS app store, we have been keep getting rejection for Guideline 4.2.2 Design Minimum Functionality reason. As requested from above reason we have implemented some Native Functionalities on our app. However we are still having same rejection again. Now i need someone who can help me on this to get approval for me from Apple App store for our IOS App. Your work might need you to spend time on doing investigations about this 4.2.2 rejection from Apple and implement some necessary changes on our existing app. I am more than happy to spend Max $50 on this milestone.
