Magazine/Newspaper PDF App (initial skeleton)

Hello, This is roughly what I need I need app for Iphone and Ipad, multilanguage. Need someone working fast and that has alread worked on similar app, so that he can reuse some already writen code. 1. An Initial splash screen 2. A view with 2 areas (selectable), UPPER area with a text MAGAZINE (touching will go to point 3), bottom area with text COUPONS (not selectable, disabled). I have an example layout. App must download master conf form a URL, example here [login to view URL] 3. A view with initial list of magazine issues, this list is locally stored and released along the app at every update. If internet connection is available, the this list should be updated via a HTTP GET CALL and stored locally. Result is returned in PLIST, server side is implemented by me. In HTTP GET result, there are also some INFOS about magazine, name of the magazine, issue number of the magazine, start of the publication, end of the publication, free or paid. Example [login to view URL] App will be free in download, but it must have a way to purchase an annual subscription to all magazines. If the user hasn't a annual subscription then he eventually must buy single (if not free) magazines. Actually, some magazine is not FREE, but must be PAID In-App. Once Downloaded (Or Paid), Magazines should stay listed even if it is not more published by publisher. Also MAGAZINES must be stored locally on phone, once DOWNLOADED. If downloaded then show READ button instead of DOWNLOAD. Presentation layout can be a (one of the two, I prefer the second) -UI LIST of items, with a image (thumbnail of magazine) on the left of every item and buttons on the right A bottom bar, OR -a GRID VIEW of THUMBNAILS, selectable, with some actions on a bottom action bar. When a user touch-select a thumbnail, he can eventually do some actions with icons in bottom bar. (example, (Buy|Download|Read) , Share, Back) There must be some animation when single magazine is DOWNLOADING. (Something like when app is dowloading/updating in ios). After all magazines list is displayed, there is another HTTP GET call to home server has to be made to show eventually some modal dialog (Browser view) with messages, warning or advertising. (eventually, if user allowed, include in http call GPS location) Example [login to view URL] In bottom part of the app should be also reserved a little space for a graphic banner, which properties must bet downloaded also with another HTTP GET call to home server. In top bar, a Button should open also a closable modal UI Browser View with [login to view URL] 4. When A MAGAZINE can be READ, then use FASTPDFKit to display it. FASTPdfKit library of better, it has a nice interface but if you know something better, we can use it. This is the 1st step of app, if all will be ok, this app will be evoluted in other steps. The target application will be something like an app-store APP called SHOPFULLY.
