Iphone photo cropping feature to an existing app

We have a small photo picker application .. it works and it sends the file to our server after picking,etc however we need to add a small cropping facility in the application. So after user picks a photo, it will show your new cropping tool first and then when we are set with cropping, it will upload to the server. I am looking for someone to do this quickly and efficiently. It should take only couple of hours for an experienced coder.
