iOS 5 universal app displaying fireworks

I am looking for an iOS/Cocoa programmer with at least a year of experience, including experience with layer animations, to develop a simple fireworks animation app. This is mainly a test application to check your coding style. If you have watched the WWDC videos on animation, you will have seen the one on creating a fireworks show. You should be able to clearly explain in a private message the secret to creating the realistic fireworks animations. WORK-FOR-HIRE: All deliverables, including any associated IP rights and copyrights, will be transferred to me upon full payment. If you would like to retain any usage rights, such as reuse for another client or yourself, just let me know. If you are planning to deliver code that you didn't write yourself, then I'm not interested. This is mainly a test of your own programming abilities. DELIVERABLES: 1) The source-code for the fireworks application, including all files and settings necessary to compile a universal application for the iPhone and iPad using the latest XCode 4 for iOS 5. The fireworks application has the following requirements: a) Only a single view that is shown when the application launches. There are no launch views, menus, tab bars, navigation bars, or even status bars. Just a full screen of darkness which then fills with fireworks automatically. b) Use iOS 5 features to generate realistic fireworks on the screen. State these in your PM so that I have a good idea of whether you know what you are talking about or not. c) In addition to automatically displaying the fireworks on the screen randomly, fireworks should also be allowed to be "launched" from a location selected via a single-tap to the screen. d) There are a couple more feature that I will tell you about via PM. One of these you can probably guess if you watched the WWDC video. Priority consideration will be given to you if you can guess either of these two extra features. 2) An hour of technical support via email and/or phone to assist me with compiling the universal app and/or understanding any of the code. Unfortunately, I only know English, and so English-speaking is a requirement. ESTIMATED TIME: 4 hours of billable time (but you may know better than me) I have intentionally made this project small in order to ensure success in my real goal of identifying a qualified iOS programmer to assist me with other projects. Please bid this project at your normal hourly rate or let me know otherwise in your PM. If you think this project will take you longer than 4 hours, please give an hour estimate and justify the extra time. If you think this project will take less than 4 hours, please wait until you hear my additional features. I think they are small features, but you may disagree. OTHER: I wasn't expecting to use OpenGL ES or a 3rd-party framework such as Cocos2D/3D. However, if you would like to bid it this way, then feel free.
