Quote for Mental Health App:
The mobile app will be available commercially via Apple and Android store for download and use, and it will have an authentication scheme using biometric data.
The application will passively and actively aggregate real-time "patient-generated" data and pass this information to a secure, HIPAA compliant, AWS cloud. The report will then be combined with specific elements of a members' health record to allow our A.I. to analyze and provide precise, actionable information available to healthcare professionals.
Regarding the passive data collection, it will occur through the use of wearable technology, online social network activity, mobile phones, and other mobile applications. In contrast, active data collection will include surveys completed by the member or other direct connect interactions by the member served on a dynamic frequency based on the A.I. 's personalized analysis of the member’s mental state of mind.
The A.I. will also be programmed to actively generate and transmit a push notification to a member when it identifies negative behavioral traits associated with a debilitating mental health episode such as clinical depression, erratic behavior, or isolation driven social avoidance. The application will interact with the individual by transmitting diagnostic assessments in conversational Q & A content and assessing the degree of positive or negative mental health status. If, for example, the assessment outcome indicates suicidal tendencies, the application could activate an alert to the service member’s support network.
The alert’s degree and the signal are sent based on the AI's assessment outcome severity. The alert’s execution is a predefined order of operations defined in the treatment plan set up by the user. Users may discuss plans and use templates in the app to assist users in choosing features they want in the app. The goal is to allow the app user to have the ability to personalize clinical decision support capabilities to improve mental health resilience and not necessarily hit a life or death panic switch every episode.
The application will also include many other unique capabilities, such as connecting with friends, family, or professionals (defined by the user). In other words, through a monitored online forum within the app for an immediate interpersonal connection, it will allow users to find and contact Treatment Facilities and engage healthcare providers quickly.
