Looking for an experienced ionic developer (either v1 or 2) to build a hybrid app with the following main functionalities: - login and registration; - geolocalisation; - push notifications; - messaging; - dynamic lists and updates. The backend is already developed, the app just needs to consume existing REST APIs. We already have the graphical template as well as extensive documentation and mockups, some of which have been turned into html files. I have good knowledge of ionic and cordova. I am working in these from last two years. I also know HTML5 and CSS3 very well, so I can do HTML design also. I have also good knowledge of php, I have worked in core and wordpress in php language and have two years of experience in that. I have also made server side in php. This is more of an integration to me than app development, in other words this is a very easy task and you should be happy with my work. I have worked with ionic framework for 18 months now and i am pretty comfortable with it by now. I have a day job and we have been using the ionic framework to build applications for our clients. I have completed two projects here on freelancer and they are all based on ionic framework. My client is happy and so should you after am done with your project. Ionic 1 vs 2. Personally i prefer version 1, simply because am comfortable and it is more stable since it has been there longer. You should go with version 2, though this means you will have to write a lot of plugins from scratch, with ionic 1, ngCordova provides a lot of plugins that makes it easy to achieve most of the functionalities with much ease. Ionic 2 on the other hand has its own native features, known as ionic native, which is awesome by the way, . It is your choice really, because you can achieve the same results if you decide to pick any and pick me. Cheers.
