SEO and Link Building for one website

This is a revised copy of the original project I posted. to start you will work only on one website and if you can deliver, I will increase the number of sites. please READ CAREFULLY, before bidding. I need Quality Link building for my websites. I run a small SEO agency and would like to work with an expert and outsource the link building past for few websites. Looking for TOP QUALITY work. Please read the requirements below carefully before bidding. I'm looking for the right person who can prove him/her self and provide top quality link building service. This will be long term job, and if your work improve the ranking of these sites, I will have more work for you + higher pay. in your bid Make sure to clearly include what you fee is for link building per website (see below for requirements) - please please don't bid unless you have ready the requirements and can provide such service. I have been doing SEO for the best 15 years, so I'm very good at it. I only accept quality link building. please don't bid if you don't know how to do custom work. for your information my clients are mostly Dentists - Links must be PERMANENT AND INDEXED guaranteed - ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW - ALL backlinks MUST NOT BE on NOINDEX pages - 100% backlinks must be in sites relevant to keywords and must be in English Websites - Each backlink should be on different website, different C class IP - No spam links - Links PR must be the actual PR where the link is located - No link farms backlinks - Link must be purely WHITE HAT - Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices - Page should not be excluded by [url removed, login to view] - No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING - No blog comment spamming, No ping sites - Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text - Links should stick and not disappear - i'm looking for 20 to 50 quality links per months ( 20 top quality links per site is good enough, and up to 50) per website, but links must be created evenly through out the months. - make sure to include how many hours you think it will take you to build the links (for example 40 hours per months to work on 5 website, making 35 top quality back links for each, total of 175 quality back links) - All links must be DA 20+ - AT LEAST 10 backlinks DA30+ - every month please provide a spreadsheets for the Link building report • Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink) • Site Name • Anchor text used • Site Type • DA Ranking • Date placed
