New open Digital agency in Prague searching for SEO/ Google AdWords manager. As a member of our cross-functional growth marketing team, the right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and can thrive in a startup culture. What you'll do: -Performing regular site audits, comprehensive keyword research, and competitive analysis to identify and seize growth opportunities -Own ongoing SEO testing initiatives and develop reporting framework for testing -Own ongoing reporting for all SEO content & product initiatives -Provide support in collaboration with the product, design, and engineering teams to push initiatives for best user experience, site architecture and taxonomy and content, impacting rankings of category keywords in organic search results -Partner with cross-functional teams, including paid search, affiliates, display, comms, and product ops, to facilitate SEO initiatives What you'll need: -At least 1 years of hands-on SEO experience. -Agency experience is a plus -Demonstrated achievement in optimization of large content sites for competitive terms and long tail keywords. -Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills. -Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript. -Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a quick moving work environment while maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results. -Hands-on experience with web analytics suites such as Google Analytics and enterprise rankings tools, such as Conductor/Searchmetrics/BrightEdge. -Czech language is priority - only NATIVE speaker.
