This is a project for our company to set up a center, a Basketball Training Facility, that we would love to have established in Atlanta, Ga. Atlanta is one of the biggest basketball market cities. The goal is to bring community together by hosting multiple tournaments for youths, middle schools. high schools. and Colleges/Universities, Adult leagues. This also will be creating jobs for people in the basketball world along with a place for basketball players to come and train for competitive basketball. Community outreach will be heavily involved, and we will be focused on partnering up with Public Schools, Colleges/Universities, Semi Professional teams, NBA and also international teams who travels with community services. We will host tournaments that will give back to multiple causes, and provide a place for wheelchair basketball as well. We also will target the Deaf community as the owner will be Deaf, and he can host multiple Deaf tournaments as well. The owner also owns a Deaf Adult Basketball organization, Stars Organization. The overall plan for the gym is to have attest 3-5 FULL basketball courts. 2-4 courts connected to each other, while having one main basketball court for big games around the community with seats of around 3-5k seats, similar to a Jefferson High School in Jefferson County, Ga. The 2-4 courts area, we would love to have enough seats around the full gym, in the second level, so people can watch from above. We also would like 3-4 HALF courts built for training purpose. We would like to have a range of 15-20 offices along with a front office in the entrance of the building. Of course, this building needs to be Handicapped Accessible. We would love to have bathrooms with shower, Sauna room, and a good amount size of a weight room for weight training. We would love to add a video system for games such as PlaySight for each games, or training sessions that can be recorded and provided to the teams/players that come to our facility. We also want to obtain training equipments to provide the best top training for our customers. A concession center involving smoothies, healthy snacks, and healthy drinks. Last, but not least, with the overall idea, we would love to have a below level gym with access for those who are college/university basketball players or professional players from NBA, NBA G League, or International to train. This gives them exclusive privacy to train with their trainers, with our trainers, or themselves. The below level idea is similar to above level idea, however, it will only obtain two full courts along with training equipments and weight lifting area.
