I am looking for an SEO partner to work with long term to build quality WHITEHAT backlinks for exam.com. This project is to try to find that partner, and evaluate your work with a small budget over one month.
I am developing [login to view URL], an educational SAAS platform to host practice exams across all geographies, subjects, and languages (but mainly English), and hope to do a final release late October. The current web page is just a holding page, with minimal content behind it, and has not been optimised for SEO.

For this project, I want you to prove to me that you understand what I am looking for long term, that you can communicate clearly, that you can complete work on time, and that you can provide quality backlinks, and show results. Any bid that does not indicate an understanding of these requirements will be ignored.
