I am Digital Analytics Tech Lead at a large SEM agency, where - among others - I am involved in client acquisition and activation projects. I work mostly with mid-sized and large clients, from e-commerce to B2B. Client acquisition is a 2-phase process, consisting of: A. traffic acquisition B. traffic conversion (into registered users, in your case) Thus my task will be to A. identify the high-quality traffic channels by examining existing traffic and recommending and analysing reconnaissance campaigns in the yet unexplored channels B. analyze user behavior patterns on your website and identify the key 'prospect client' user segments - which is likely to result in some website optimisation recommendations (and thus some changes will need to be applied to the website) The proposed project plan: 1. Your analytics platform health check - the data we will be working with needs to be sound and of an adequate range. If sufficient data is already being collected, we may have a running start. 2. Traffic analysis and recommendations - if your website already acquires a sound amount of traffic, it will speed up the project. If not, we will need to build up some traffic before we can seriously analyze it. 3.
