We are an overseas company selling products on amazon.com. Our office is not based in the US, so we need a local customer service representative to help us enhance service experience.
We need an English native speaker who’s living in the US to help us provide after-sales service by making phone calls to customers who left critical reviews or feedbacks.
Most common cases are customers received a faulty item and have left a negative review online.
Our goal is to deliver the best customer service experience by helping customer replace faulty items at our cost and eventually make them happy, so as to turn their low star rating review(1-2 stars) to a better rating (4-5 stars), and to make sure review contents be updated based on the new replacement item. You will need to: first study the negative review, communicate with us for a right solution, and then to make one or more phone calls to achieve this.
Qualifications of this job:
1. English native speaker who lives in the US.
2. Excellent communication skill and customer service skill, related job experience would be a plus.
