Looking for someone who is both strategic and tactical in their lead generating approach. I'm a big believe in compensation for results which is why the motivated and driven employees are currently making $1000 in bonuses a week with an hourly wage as well. I would rather pay lots of money and make sales than treat my employees bad and not motivate them.
