MAIN FUNCTION OF JOB Principle duties would include: 1. Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search in scientific databases scientific publications, and e?mail/telephone contact with researchers who are potential customers. 2. Qualification of sales leads to identify whether their research goals are aligned with E-learning and IT training service offerings. 3.  Establishing and maintaining the appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for Americas. 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role KEY TASKS AND DUTIES: 1. Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation 2. Direct communication with customers via e?mail and telephone to promote the business 3. Execute marketing plan/marketing campaigns (e.g. targeted e?shot, mail shot) 4. Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities 5. Preparation and presentation of results from campaigns 6. Recording of all sales activities in the CRM   7. Market research feedback 8. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager
