calling letting agaents

I will provide the company name and telephone number of 350 letting agents and I need someone to call them and follow a very short script asking who is responsible for booking their Inventories? This will compile a list of names and email addresses in a spreadsheet. I will supply the spreadsheet but I need it returned in the correct format to be uploaded to mailchimp. This preferred script is: " hello, I wondered if you can help me? ( pause, do not give your name unless asked for it., if asked say your name and our business name - Cormack Inventory) At this point a lot of people will say 'Well I will certainly try') Then you say "I would like to send your Company some details on our Inventory services and wonder if you could tell me the name of the person who books Inventory services for your branch?" At this point the majority of people will just give you the name. Repeat the name back to them and check the spelling if it sounds complicated. Then say "Thank you for your help, Goodbye" The applicant must supply an audio voice file of them reading the script!
