Need uniqe reviewers to increase ratings

I need real unique votes for my store to increase my ratings. These should be believable ratings since we are not getting them as much for now. So it should be a slow increase in ratings, not all should be positive, they should be believable, and overall 4-5 stars. This is an ongoing project, so I would need monthly plan bidding. i am looking for up to 50 unique ratings per month with excellent English skills. Bulk of the IPs must be from USA or Canada
