SEO and Link building. Long term relationship!

We are looking for a long term relationship with one of the top SEO guys from this site. In this assignment there will be 2 individual projects. Before bidding read terms in bottom of the page! ALL INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED TO PERFECTION - IF YOU CANT COMPLY DO NOT BID! 1. Link building: 100 PR 5 links: We are looking for 100 Links that are strictly from: Google PR5+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count! Some MUST be from PR8+. It has to be the page linking to us, that has the exact rank and NOT just the domain. 3.000 PR 2-5 links. Dont give me all 3.000 at PR 2. It has to be during a course of 2 months. Terms for linkbuilding. - Absolutely no black hat or grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. - Free one-way manual links. - Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. - Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. - Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - Prefer high ranking Alexa sites. - No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites, or link directories. - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs once work is finished to be checked -You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet : Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed. 2. We need SEO optimization within the gambling industry. All inbound links has to be from related areas! We want 10 keywords pr. country at top10 searches within 60 days. THIS OFFER IF FOR WHITEHAT METHODS ONLY!. SEO should follow these instructions: -No SEO Spam techniques - No Black Hat methods (Only White Hat) - Links must be from UK, German, Danish, Norweigian, Swedish, Finnish based websites. - Links must be from English language websites only. - Link pages must be visible, readable, indexable & 'do follow' - Links must be permanent - One-way links only - No paid traffic sites. -No banned sites, porn, violent, illegal sites, etc. - Links that are not approved must be replaced by the service provider - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. - Maximum 1 link per page, 2 links per domain. - Prefer authoritative domains (.[login to view URL]) - No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. - No use of automated software or bots. - No link farms, link exchange programs and web rings. In addition I will require a detailed report every 2 weeks. If you cant agree to these terms DONT BID! I expect this to take place during a period of 2 months, and I will release 1 seperate payment when 50% of the task is completed. The other payment will be released upon completetion of the entire task. If the tasks are carried out to our satisfaction we will have additional work once this is completed.
