Recover from the penguin update

My website was hit by the penguin update last year and I would like my homepage to rank well again for a set of 5 keywords:
Money in minutes
money in 15 minutes
make money in minutes
make money online
making money online
I would like the first three keywords to rank in the top 3 results and the last 2 keywords to be within the first 2 pages on google.co.uk. My website is http://www.moneyin15minutes.co.uk. Only white hat tactics to be used. I am now very wary of black hat tactics as i fear that is what got me hit by the update so I will want to know what you are doing to up my rankings as you are doing it which means very regular updates. You will be paid when you hit the targets (so a fifth of the agreed payment for each keyword) and it has been up for two weeks.
