Convert flash site to WP plus heap of other add ons

Hi What I need is: 1. Convert an existing website thats flash to WP exisiting site is 6 pages Plus ADD to new site a. imbed you tube clips b. Need to modify old flash wording to increase SEO optimization c. Add shop or e commerce d. modify the site to have more SEO with wording changes 2. Set up Facebook page to match new website 3. Set up Linked in page to match new website 3a. plus 3 other social media sites to also have new website 4. release 20 articles I have on website by posting to web may need rewrite 5. Establish 500 backlinks for website. No dodgy stuff here . Real proper backlinks white hat 6. whatever else needed to get the new website looking good .... if you are not a specialist in any of the above subbie it out to someone thats good and knows what the hell they are doing. I dont care so long as its done well!!! Also I have posted this as small project and will do 1 site first and then others site first up is {Removed by Admin}
