I need a new website built for the Real Estate Industry. I want to drive alot of traffic to my site. I am looking for the site to be built, for integrated IDX, quick search, featured listings, blog, IDX Control Panel, Advanced IDX sitemap, Suckerfish Dropdowns, RSS Reader, Testimonials, Google Directions, Google Streetview, Walkscore, Bird's Eye view.

Please do not bid if you are not an EXPERT in SEO. I'm only looking for someone who specializes in this kind of website with PROVEN RESULTS. I am willing to work with the successful bidder over a long period in order to get me to the top of the google rankings in my market. I may also be interested in the bidder providing content etc. for the blogs etc on a monthly basis.
Your english should be good in order to speak with the Calgary Real Estate Board and anyone else that you need to in order to obtain information and content. If you provide content for the site it must be perfect English.
