Sales strategy for selling software to coaching institute and schools in India

I am looking for Sales Strategy for selling our software to coaching institutes and schools in India. We have been fairly successful but looking for exploding our sales in coming year. We are looking for professionals out there who understand Indian education sector scenario. We are also looking to enter into government sectors so any plans/approaches for that will also help.
