Multiple hotspots on an emailed image/html file

We routinely send out an email that consist of 4 to 6 images that each have their own unique hyperlink. We would like to change that to a situation where we send out an email containing one image, but that image consist of 4 to 6 hotspots each with their own unique hyperlink. The email must render correctly in Outlook, Lotus notes, Gmail, Yahoo & Hotmail. This link is web version of what we would like to email [login to view URL] ... this one shows 4 click-able links, however sometimes we add an additional column to make 6 click-able links. The solution can be a template, or a recommended software, or a methodology.
