Virtual Assistant - repost

I need a virtual assistant who can do the following tasks

1) search and contact online - example: i will give a city and business type, i will want you to search google for local results and go to each page and either fill out their contact form or collect their email and send to me. i will give you the message content that you should mail to them.

2) do data entry on my websites - example: one of my wordpress websites i have a quiz plugin already installed. it is very simple to enter the question and answers for items on the quiz. I need you to copy the questions and answers from one website to my wordpress quiz. 2nd example: add items to ecommerce site.

3) photo editing - example: i want you to take famous love/marriage quotes and put them on photos i give you. make them fit without overlapping main image focus.

4) Image marketing - uploading those image to as many sites as possible - tagged, named, captioned with keywords i define. etc.

5) finding and contacting the bloggers and site administrators of various sites - i will define topic and give you to complete details to email to them.

6) more, but they will always be along these lines

i will give precise directions for each task. but you must be able to preform the tasks above. need someone who is capable and quick learner.

i will need 20-40 hours a week right now. will be closer to 40 as we progress... $4 an hour max.
