Organic Outreach and Lead Generation

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in doing organic outreach for both Facebook and Instagram. Who is fluent in English and can easily follow a system. - Each day reports should be made how many contacts he/she reached out/messaged to and booked - Preferably have a sales and fitness background - Capable of persuading someone to book a consultation - Has marketing and sales skills Looking for someone who has a good and enthusiastic attitude and is willing to communicate well to improve the job/ task. Administrative • Manage email account, reply to email enquiries in a timely manner, forward on any other enquires to the Company. • Reply to Facebook message enquires in a timely manner and action any requests efficiently. • Management of Google Docs/Drive/Dropbox, keeping it tidy and documents ordered in folders • Document creation as required. • Online research/ Lead generation • Follow the script and the system well Marketing • Message potential leads (based on the client’s target market) on Facebook, Instagram, Email or LinkedIn • Build email campaigns or blog articles. • Online research of the local area for key target markets, events and businesses. • Manage and follow up on leads • Handle any concerns of the clients • Social media management tasks (content ideas and engagement strategies). • Book clients to schedule a call (Goal is to book 2-3 leads per client each day) Reporting • Create a report of the outreach and action plan every week and report to Company every Saturday • Time sheet/report every week. • Leads report for each client o New Leads o Lost Leads o Follow Up o Action Taken
