Seven Breakfasts (digital eBook, PDF distribution)

Hello, I am wishing to publish a small digital eBook which I will distribute for free as an incentive to join one of my mailing lists. It is a recipe book with breakfast suggestions. This is a project I could complete myself, but I am going to hire it out to save myself time. Here is what is already done, or currently near to completion: - All the photography is done by myself - All the Written - All the recipes etc. Essentially what I need is someone to design the layout for me and create the finished product with the materials I provide. It should be very straight forward for someone with experience in this field. If this is completed to satisfaction, it will certainly lead to more work (including an updated version of this book, to be published on Amazon and other eBook sellers, so experience with creating such formats is essential). The project will have hyperlinks within (IE on the table of contents page, I want that to be clickable. Also, links back to my website, my other content, etc.) I would also like all design related materials delivered to me for storage upon completion of the project. This includes InDesign files, etc. etc. I would like this to be done with that program as it is the one I have and am most familiar with. I envision the project as such: 1. Cover Page 2. Acknowledgments 3. Table of Contents 4. Introduction 5. Recipes (Each recipe will be two pages, one written, one photo) 6. Additional information (approximately 2-4 pages 7. End/back cover It must be designed to represent well on mobile devices, as well as computers. What this boils down to is me looking for someone with more experience selecting fonts, layout ideas, etc. than I have for a project like this. I am too close to this and want a keen eye. I will require a look at a portfolio with similar design work to the project listed above. I would like to get a quote, as accurate as possible, on completing the project in its entirety. Obviously this could change if I change any variables, but in speaking with local designers, this is a pretty straight forward job. I'm looking at this as a potential long term partnership, as I plan to publish many of these types of books, so I will take my time in selecting someone. I will need to speak with the person via skype. My last attempt at hiring someone on here resulted in being swindled for $100 which I will never see again. Lesson learned. I am a straight up, honest businessman with a large online profile. I expect professionalism.
