Illustrations for a software platform

Hello everyone. Im looking for an illustrator which can help me to illustrate different parts of a software web application im developing. The main reason i ask for a illustrator its that i want to create somekind of "mascot" to illustrate. Because the platform its unique, using classic stock illustrations couldnt fit. I got bad experiences with other illustrators. My main goal its to find someone with the style i like. There will be probably more than 15 different illustrations (Not found, error, add payment-card, daily question, banners, etc...) But for RIGHT NOW im looking for just 2 illustrations in order to find the freelancer who can help me. The main difference between the illustration im asking for and default stock illustrations its that im looking for a character with a Television instead of a head (since our software its designed for TV professionals). I attach a concept idea of the character.
