Build iPhone App

I am looking for a freelancer to build and design an iPhone app that: 1) Offers users blogs and news articles provided by me, categorized according to the user's location or chosen location; 2) Offers audio and video (download or streamed) from my server; 3) Allows the user to search through articles to find a topic of interest; and 4) Has banner space for banner ads that I provide and can change (may want to track impressions, etc.); I'm willing to listen to other options that could be included. My app is modeled somewhat behind the AP or Reuters apps. I will also need support to get the app into the iPhone app store. Developer should also be available to handle upgrades and updates as needed. Please reply with quotes and estimated time to completion.
