Calendar app for iphone/ipad

The Project involves creating a calendar based app that will inform users of orthodox religious holidays and special days during the year. All the information will be provided in a spreadsheet or word format (see attached example). I need a suitable candidate to put all the information provided to a fully functional app. It may include photos and other general information also. I need the app to have the ability to instantly switch from english language to another language (the information will be provide in both languages).
