We have an online map portal system built on LeafletJS and Google Cloud-hosted tile map services. We are looking for a developer to help us create a mobile app that will allow the same pan/zoom/layer functionality as our online portal system, but with offline capability and native device speed and responsiveness. The app is targeted and Agriculture users and customers that need to view GIS-grade data and maps but who do not have GIS experience. They will be viewing satellite imagery layers, crop health reports, detailed elevation layers, and drainage analysis. Several screen shots have been attached to help visualize the current web portal system, and a tour of the actual portal can be arranged for the correct candidate. This phase of the project will be for view-only interaction with the maps, but in the future we will be extending features for drawing and annotating the maps, manipulating the elevation models, integrating realtime GPS positioning on the map, and more. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with many other projects waiting to be developed.
