Screen resumes from candidates that submitted their resumes on ziprecruiter and the ladders. I have under 100 resumes to be screened right now. If I am happy with the project I would like someone to do this for me on a weekly basis. They need to screen for: 1. Good job history - not a job hopper 2. Career runway ( people who have plenty of room 3. Are they willing to relocate 4. Do they have a 4 year degree 5. Are they a US Citizen The people that meet the criteria I have template all set up with a basic candidate questionaire they need to email them.
