Growing startup is looking for headhunter/recruiters. Our HR manager is looking to expand her team of recruiters. Tasks: - Post job offers on multiple platforms/websites according to the department guidelines; - Book interviews in the right manager's Acuity and provide information on Trello (provided by the company). Compensation: price paid per person recruted depending on the job. We provide a guide that explains every step and everything including compensation, etc. We offer bonuses on performance. We are looking for enthusiast, autonomous people with communication skills and team spirit. The HR department is currently expanding and we want people who are ready to start fast! Greetings from Johny, I've worked with two reputable firms directly under the CEO and then under the sales director for about 6 years and I've a total of 13 years of experience. I've experience with: 1. Posting jobs as per the job description in various platforms 2. Setting up interviews and even conducting perlimary rounds to first to second rounds before qualifying a canditate 3. Sifting through resumes and doing a pre-qualifier I'm a silent rainmaker so I can very well work autonomously with almost no monitoring (not that I have a problem with reporting whatsoever).
