I want an html 5 based tower def game template developed

Hello, I have been freelancing for ten years and I have experience in a wide variety of languages and libraries. It sounds like Angular would be a good fit for this game, just to manage the UI. The game will use HTML5 technology to render. I have built the beginning of a small Tower Defense game several years ago so I have experience with how the games work. I started working with Angular last year but have been working with Javascript on large scale web apps for over six years.
