We are India's largest online healthcare platform and use Freshdesk for tracking our tickets. We have a separate internal db for various information on customers, orders, etc. and we want to display additional information for a ticket from this internal db on the Freshdesk Portal. Freshdesk allows you to develop a custom app/widget for its frontend in js/html/css which can communicate with our db through an api to fetch the required information and display it in a suitable format. The wireframes for this have already been developed. We are looking to hire a full-time or part-time developer who can join us to work on this problem and many others.
