Write some Software

I have done majority of the HTML and CSS for it. I simply need someone to help me create the following: The task is to produce a database driven Restaurant website. The web site should provide a list of available items in different categories. • Display menu items along with appropriate descriptions in an accompanying details page. (Generated from a relavent database). • Users can add an item to a shopping cart. However, not expected to deal with the payment processing. (So basically add items to cart and display the total when going to the cart link). • Users should have to register to the site in order to create an account. (ID, Username, First Name, Surname, Email, Phone Number and Address). • Users should be able to login, update their details and view other appropriate information in their account section. • System administrator should be able to add/delete menu items and categories. • System administrators should be able to perform account management; adding/deleting users, changing/retrieving passwords.
