Video Game Website improvements , need HTML, CSS , BOOTSTRAP and JS proficiency

Looking for somebody specialized HTML, CSS , BOOTSTRAP and JS to help rewrite many lines of CSS so we can create a more robust and responsive system for the website.
Duties would be working under another developer and rewriting into bootstrap so we can have all all devices supported easily instead of static code currently present.
Github is a must as well as discord for communication with the rest of the team.
Compensation based on experience and portfolio quality, bonuses for quick work and quality are possible , we want this done asap.
