SmarterU LMS customization and API integration

We have a Learning Path built in SmarterU which needs to be customized from the user's perspective. The provided user interface is difficult to learn and not mobile friendly. We're looking only for developers with SmarterU experience, or deep knowledge of other Learning Management Systems. Using our Adobe XD mockups as your guide, you will create a web-based interface for SmarterU. Reply with the city where SmarterU is based on the first line of your reply. The responsive web application will include: 1. Global admin page that allows me to upload a custom logo, custom URL for the customer, and provide the URL or unique customer ID to SmarterU. 2. Login page for each customer based on a unique URL we create above. 3. Admin page. Add users and assign a Learning Plan. Monitor user progress. 3. User page. See the courses available to them and the status of course (not started or complete). Training modules have been created as SCORM files stored at discrete URLs. The SCORM files will send back module status including completed status and score. The basic flow is done in SmarterU but nobody likes the look and our attempt to customize the look is restricted to colours and logo. Our lite solution will provide users access to training, and feed results back to SmarterU, for advanced reporting.
