Responsive HTML website for European software development agency

Goal is create a responsive website for software development agency. We will provide you with: 1) exact design (Figma project), which includes CSS for each detail (fonts, color codes, logos, …) 2) mp4 for the animation 3) detailed description of each section = panel NB! Design can be seen here: [login to view URL] and color codes here: [login to view URL] full access to the Figma project and CSS will be granted to the developer that is chosen for the job. General • Use HTML • Make sure that any number of languages can be added to the page. Each language (translation key table) should be held on a separate file. As a default, create files for 5 languages and fill those with English texts. When creating the language files use texts provided in Figma project file. • All texts on the page must be translatable via previously mentioned files. • The page must be responsive and work on the following browsers: IE 11 (or later), Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, Safari, Chrome Android, Safari iOS. • The design must work on web and mobile: design on web link is above and the webpage should look on the mobile something like this (Figma project) here: [login to view URL] (scroll to see how it should work. NB! Bid changes are not acceptable. Detailed description Menu bar – exactly as Figma project 1st panel Left side of the page are text (font, color, size from Figma) and “Get a free Quote” button. Clicking on the button will scroll page to the last panel. Right side of the page is an animation (please find mp4 attached). Please add pointing design elements as in Figma project. 2nd panel Left side of the page are text (font, color, size from Figma) and picture. The picture must change based on the option select on the right side of the page (“Web platforms”, “Core systems”, “Apps”) Right side is dynamic panel with 3 clickable options. Clicking on each option will present different text in the text area + changes the picture on the left side of the panel. 3rd panel All the text (content, font, color, size, …) exactly like in Figma. The quote boxes must be scrollable by clicking on the round navigation buttons that you see on the Figma. The logos underneath the quote and the quote itself must move in synchronization. The quote and the logo that are active must change color as seen in Figma (active quote is dark text on white background and active logo is brighter). The movement of the quotes must be smooth and not too fast. Do not do the quote bar or logo bar as one monolith, it must be possible to change the order and each logo separately. Add 6 quotations, which also means 6 logos. 4th panel Left side of the page – text exactly as provided in Figma. Right side of the page – logos of different technologies we use. Do not do it as one monolith, it must be possible to change the order and each logo separately. 5th panel Left side of the page – text exactly as provided in Figma (the text will change if the navigation arrow is pressed on the right side of the page) and a button “Get a free quote”. Clicking on the button will scroll to the last panel. Right side of page – The navigation circles must swap the picture and the text on the left side of the panel. Please use the pictures that are provided in Figma. For a start we must be able to enter 3 customer success stories. 6th panel Left side of the page - text exactly as provided in Figma. Right side of the page – a common in-web message form. Required fields are e-mail and your message. Make sure it is possible to upload files within the form (up to 10 mb) If the “Send” button is clicked then the website will send an e-mail to the e-mail that is provided on the left side of the page.
